If I question it...is it real?

I would like to think that everything I do and say is 100% real, but when you start questioning situations in your life is it no longer real? Sometimes people question certain situations in their lives for a variety of reasons. Maybe they question their relationship(Is he/she right for me, Is this a good time for us to be together, etc...) question their job/career, whether or not they should get a new car, or maybe even have another baby. I've had questions about alot of things that are going on in my life and I'm starting to wonder is it real or maybe I shouldn't say real, but is it right for me? I have been told many times in my past that I am both patient and impatient and I can't say I disagree. At times I am very patient and then there's other times when I want things right here and right now. I think lately I have been a right now kind of person. I have been patient far too long and my patience it running short. So, again I ask if questions or concerns are raised...is it real or is it right for me?
