Growing up in the south BBQ is always on the menu espeically during the summer. I can remember being up in the wee hours of the morning waiting patiently for the pig to come off the pit. Now that I have grown into a woman I have stopped eating pork, but needless to say I still have love for BBQ. No matter how hard I try and turn down a good ole plate of BBQ it's almost inevitable. BBQ can be sweet and very suculant, but also very tough and hard to chew. The smell is undeniable and the taste is very flavorful depending upon whose doing the cooking.
BBQ if you are out there and you ever read or get this message. Know that I love you and I always will but there comes a time when you have to give up the things you love most in this world because it just ain't good for you. Sometimes its easy to become complacent and forget about the real or ultimate goal that we're both seeking. I'm ready to move forward and moving forward could mean with you or without you, but I must proceed. Time out for games and bullshit save that shit for the birds. Now its time to put your money where your mouth is. Put up or shut-up!! It's NOW or NEVER! No more regressing from this point on. I will always and forever love BBQ Brown...LOL!!
